Newsom makes first public appearance since getting booster shot
SACRAMENTO–Dispelling any rumors that the COVID vaccine booster shot that he received October 27 caused his absence from the public, California Governor Gavin Newsom gave a press conference today to support mandated vaccination.
“We must not let scary stories and myths of vaccine injury prevent us from making sure all Californians receive this vaccine,” Newsom said in slurred speech through ample amounts of drool.
The statement was made through a translator as Newsom’s speech had been hindered from the mild case of Bell’s palsy paralysis of his face.
“I’ve been dealing with family problems. There was no problem with the booster shot that I got,” Newsom said through the translator.
A week after abruptly canceling plans to attend the United Nations climate summit in Scotland, California Gov. Gavin Newsom has receded from public view to deal with unspecific family obligations.
When asked if he was feeling okay, Newsom just yelled, “HEEEEEEEEYY YOOOOOOOU GUUUUUYYZZZ!”
