Joe Biden talks about his six grandchildren very often and how much he loves each one of them. The only problem is that he has seven, not six, grandchildren, contrary to what he always says. And his staff struggled to understand why he always claimed to have only six grandchildren, until they figured it out.

“The president has been using common core math to calculate how many grandchildren he has. And the way common core math works is that you can get the exact number wrong as long as you showed your work.”

So how did the president get to the number six? This is the work that she showed his staffers:

7 grandchildren – 1 grandchild = 6. So, he only has six grandchildren.

Can’t argue with the math!
