ATLANTA — CNN has announced that protesting the government is okay again this week. The decision came after protests erupted following the videotaped killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer.

“After downplaying and criticizing the lockdown protests, we are endorsing any protests associated with Black Lives Matters because we clearly respect people’s First Amendment right to free speech. This week,” Noted homosexual anchor Anderson Cooper reported.

The fake news network will be covering all the protests that happen in Minneapolis and none of the looting because as a CNN spokesman said, “That would be racist.”

Protesting has not been an acceptable pastime for the previous two months because those protesters were fighting for pathetic things such as being able to feed your kids and constitutional rights.

“Our previous outrage about people gathering close together to protest the government in the time of COVID-19 no longer applies,” Cooper added.
