Activist: Trump should “abort” caravan before it reaches border
Tensions are rising as the caravan of undocumented Central American nationals make their way to the United States border. One activist named Ruth Ginsburg (no relation to the Supreme Court Justice) is calling for the government to abort all of them before they cross the border.
“These are populations that we don’t want too many of. President Trump has the right to choose to abort these immigrants before they cross the border,” Ginsburg said at a rally. “It’s a choice between him and his generals and no one else has a say.”
Ginsburg countered protesters who claimed that “aborting” the caravan would be murder saying, “They are just a clump of immigrants. They don’t have rights until they cross the border.”
Another activist, Margaret Sanger (no relation to the Planned Parenthood founder) stated, “I think the greatest sin in the world is bringing children into our country, that have disease from their parents, that have no chance in the world to be a human being practically… Delinquents, prisoners, all sorts of things just marked when they cross the border. That to me is the greatest sin—that people can—can commit.”
Another activist who refused to be identified asked, “Who’s going to care for all of these unwanted migrants once they’re here, huh? Have you thought of that? No. Trump should abort them and they won’t be a burden anymore.”
The activists were gathered outside a border-crossing station in Arizona.
Sanger said, “But for my view, I believe that there should be no more immigrants.”
Ginsburg added, “You see if you just abort them before they reach the border then they’re not really people with rights and you can do whatever you want.”
