WASHINGTON, DC—President* Joe Biden has blamed white supremacy for an incident in which a black man killed 10 and injured 19 on a Brooklyn subway.

“This is clearly a case of white supremacy. Those white subway riders shouldn’t have gotten in the way of that nice man’s bullets. That is a sign of privilege if you think you can just be on a subway when a black man is doing target practice with his guns,” Biden said.

Frank James, 62, who Adams on Wednesday morning identified as the suspect in the Brooklyn attack, recorded and uploaded dozens of lengthy diatribes on race, politics, and gun violence to a YouTube channel under the username prophetoftruth88, which had more than 300 subscribers.

James used white smoke during the attack, which clearly means he was a white supremacist.

“There was an item called Canister Smoke, which is a white smoke device. You light it and it shoots out a lot of white smoke. I don’t know if that’s the smoke that he used, but it could be,” officials added.

The attack is the latest in a string of black white supremacist attacks including the Waukesha, Wisconsin Christmas Parade Massacre.
