NEW YORK—The highly anticipated arrest of former President Donald Trump failed after he shouted “I can’t breathe” during the arrest and police officers let him go.

It’s also reported that Trump said several times, “I’m an unarmed black man. Don’t shoot!” during the altercation.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg said he would go back to the drawing board after the latest defensive move.

Trump originally evaded New York law enforcement by committing a violent felony causing Bragg to automatically drop all charges against him as he does for all violent criminals in New York.
