White supremacists are now using the ‘thumbs up’ emoji to declare their bigotry in code. As a necessary reaction, woke activists are cutting off their thumbs to protest the horrible signal.

According to an undercover journalist, the thumb represents 1) race above all. The higher the thumb, the more racist.

Also, if it is a firm, straight thumb, then it represents straight people—men in particular.

Instead of going with limp, weak thumbs up or just foregoing the gesture altogether, woke activists are cutting off their thumbs altogether.

“It was really painful,” Forrest Winkletoe said. “But it is important to resist and fight the tyranny of white supremacy.”

President Donald Trump, a known white nationalist has been seen making this gesture throughout his presidency.

“If you don’t like hate, you need to cut off your thumbs!” Winkletoe exclaimed.
