WAUKESHA, WI—President* Joe Biden has blamed white supremacy for an incident in which a black man mowed down dozens of whites in a Christmas parade in his SUV, killing five.

“This is clearly a case of white supremacy. Those white people shouldn’t have been in the way of that car plowing them down. That is a sign of privilege if you think you can just be in a parade when a black man is trying to drive through it,” Biden said.

If anyone has any doubts about the claim, just look at the perpetrator’s record. He was a multiple counts sex offender, so clearly, white supremacy is to blame:
