BREAKING: Biden accidentally signs executive order doubling all student debt
WASHINGTON, DC—In a rare gaff, President Joe Biden accidentally signed an executive order doubling all student loan debt.
“This is you know the thing, for students I am going to give them double the loan debt and that’s a good thing,” Biden said before mistakingly signing the order.
Many graduates with worthless degrees are livid.
“I voted for that jerk because I wanted him to get rid of all the debt I had racked up for my Gender Studies degree. Now, instead of $100k, I have to pay $200k? Guess I’m never moving out of my parents’ basement,” recent Yale Masters graduate Hugh Janus said.
The executive order will go into effect immediately.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the move will mean great things for people in this already great economy.
“The economy is going great,” Jean-Pierre said. “Doubling student debt will only make it better.”
