BREAKING: Ukraine asks for another $41B in aid to fund an audit of the previous $92B in aid

KYIV—Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelensky has asked the United States for an additional $41 billion in aid to pay for an audit of the previous $92 billion in aid the Biden administration has already sent to the country.

“We assure you that your hard-earned tax dollars are being well spent on food and bombs and not in any way shape or form being used to fund uniparty politicians back in the United States,” Zelensky said in a Zoom address to Congress.

A group of GOP lawmakers on Nov. 17 introduced legislation seeking to audit funds approved by Congress for Ukraine.

“We will absolutely comply with the audit. We just need another $41 billion to make it happen,” Zelensky added.

Zelensky also assured Congress that 10% of the new aid money will go to the Big Guy as per usual.
