ATLANTA—The leader of fake news distribution in the West, CNN, is threatening to stop delivering their disinformation to Russia if the Vladimir Putin doesn’t withdraw from Ukraine.

The threat came after Putin blocked Facebook, Twitter, and other sources of fake news from the country.

“They want to go it alone? Russians have come to rely on the fake news and outright lies we provide day after day. We’ll see how they like their evening without Don Lemon!” Newly appointed CNN Chris Licht said.

Putin responded to the threat, surprisingly, by invading Ukraine harder.

“CNN is prepared to stand with Ukraine and stop transmitting any of our fake news to the Russian people,” Licht added.

Genesius Times has yet to ban Russians from obtaining their fake news.
