WARSAW—The White House said that U.S. President* Joe Biden was not calling for regime change in Russia when he said on Saturday that “the Russian regime must change.”

“He clearly didn’t call for regime change,” a White House official said following Biden’s speech in Warsaw. “He said Russia’s regime needs to change, but that’s a whole lot different than ‘calling’ for ‘regime change’.”

Biden also warned of a response if the US CIA commits a false flag chemical attach and blames it on Russia.

“We cannot sit idly by and watch Russia be blamed for another CIA false flag. We will retaliate forcefully,” Biden said.

He finished off his impressive speech by declaring, “War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is . . . . you know, the thing.”
