Progressives ‘totally cool’ with fascism as long as they’re doing the fascism
Washington DC—Progressives have long used Nazis and their fascist ideologies as a representation of all that is evil in the world. Their racist philosophies, their control of everything, and their intimidation tactics including state censorship are absolutely illegitimate.
But a new more progressive group of progressives have taken hold of leftist politics and embraced fascism. US Representative from California, Adam Schiff, who has been celebrated for his fascist censorship threats toward Facebook and Amazon said bluntly, “I’m totally cool with fascism as long as I’m the with a boot at your throat.”
Another darling of the left, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has taken Congress by storm in her first few months, echoed the sentiment, saying, “Nazism is a horrifying disgrace of human history, but it would’ve worked if it was ‘democratic Nazism’ which is what I represent.”
Lay leftists are the same. “I hate those racist f***s Nazi scum,” said one Portland Antifa member who asked to remain anonymous. “That’s why I will punch any white person I see.”
Schiff clarified his position, adding, “It’s not that book-burning and ominous state thought control is always completely evil, it’s just the wrong people were doing it before. Since we’re doing it now, it’s okay!”
