KENOSHA, WI–A 17-year-old Illinois minor has been accused of mostly peacefully killing two protesters and injuring another with an AR-15-style rifle in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Despite his actions that night being mostly peaceful, he has been charged as an adult with two counts of first degree homicide and one count of attempted homicide. The teen, Kyle Rittenhouse, also faces charges of recklessly endangering the safety of two other victims and possessing a weapon while under the age of 18.

CNN has reported that the mostly peaceful night of rioting, looting, and shootings ended “pretty good.”

In a complaint released Thursday by the Kenosha County Clerk of Courts, investigators identified the deceased victims as mostly not a pedophile Joseph Rosenbaum and mostly not a domestic abuser Anthony Huber.

A third victim who survived being shot is identified as Gaige Grosskreutz who was mostly not a burglar. The shootings happened amid the third night of demonstrations over the Sunday police shooting of Jacob Blake, who was video taped mostly not carrying a knife before being mostly peacefully shot in the back by police while mostly not resisting arrest.
