Technical issues plague first Democratic open mic night
Organizers were left red-faced during Wednesday night’s Democratic open mic night at Billy Bob’s Saloon when audio issues plagued local celebrities Chuck Fraud and Rachel Madcow.
The incident happened as Fraud was about to ask Sen. Elizabeth Warren about how many chucks could a woodchuck chuck.
“Sorry folks, we lost audio,” Fraud said as voices could be heard in the back of the bar.
Warren took the opportunity to awkwardly take a swig of beer, making sure all of her fans could relate to her.
“It’s always something on these open mic nights,” Madcow could be overheard saying.
Making light of the situation, the local celebrity later joked, “At least this isn’t national television!”
Apparently no one in the audience noticed because they weren’t paying attention anyway.
