MOSCOW — Given the efficacy of Russian troll farms in the complete demoralization of the United States of America, Russia is planning on deploying its new hepersonic nuclear memes for the 2020 presidential election.

Russia’s new strategic memes have rendered any political pandering useless at a small fraction of their cost, officials said Thursday.

The avant gard hypersonic nuclear memes travel 27 times faster than the speed of thought, making it impossible to intercept, Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov told Russian state television.

The new memes “essentially make political defenses useless,” he said.

Democrats are collectively defecating in their pants at the news of the new memes, though the memes are targeted equally toward Democrats and Republicans.

Since the Mueller report found no evidence of meddling, it’s clear that the Russians were already using stealth memes to undermine US elections in 2020. They’ve raised the bar for the 2020 elections.
